The Fresnay free standing bath tub was inspired by the Cubist art movement. Roger De la Fresnay was a French Cubist painter, born into a family of aristocracy. He had a classical education and by 1912, he had become involved with the Section d’Or – a group of young, up and coming artists that worked in Cubism.
