Baths On Feet

Baths on feet create the classic look for your period home. Albion manufacture a large range of classic ball & claw footed baths. They are available in various sizes and in both single and double ended formats. All are manufactured using Albion’s unique-iso-enamel material.

Taking casts of the two initial single ended baths that started the company, the Solus and Neptune, Albion create faithful reproductions of original roll top baths on feet.

The advantage of baths on feet over a one part to-floor bath (which are usually taller than they are wide), is in its manoeverability on installation. They are more versatile access wise inside your property as the feet come separately. As with the originals, Albion’s ball & claw feet are made from cast iron and are bolted on by the installer. This means in some older properties (eg. cottages) where there are generally narrow doorways and staircases etc., the bath can be navigated more easily through your property.

All of Albion’s baths can be finished externally in a vast range of colours. Either painted, or, in one of the three available in-house metallised effect finishes; burnished iron, burnished bronze/aged copper, or burnished gold. Feet can also be polished and plated in either Hard Chrome or Bright Nickel. The bath and feet can be finished in the same colour, or contrasting by mixing and matching colours/finishes to suit your requirements.
