About our Mono Basin Tap

Info:

The Mono Basin Tap has become increasingly popular over the last ten years. In essence, it’s a trend that’s been driven by sanitary ware manufacturers. In particular, it’s our Italian friends that have been at the front end of this. Of course, we’ve catered for this change in format with our mono basin tap range. As with all of our taps, mono taps are cast using fine quality brass. Equally important is how the taps are finished. The castings are individually hand polished. This brings the surface to a mirror shine before the electroplated coatings are applied. For this purpose, we apply chrome as the final surface and, in our experience, this gives the best durability. The connections to the taps are normal ½ inch BSP (British Standard Pipe) threads so that your plumber can use their standard tap fittings. Please let them know that our taps are compatible with all domestic hot water systems. All of our taps are fitted with 1/4 turn ceramic cartridge valves. As a result, the hand wheels have a smooth, pleasing motion. For variety, we have three options of hand wheel. Therefore, choose from our Amie, Beaufort or Manette options. You can purchase items directly on our website or add to your Wish List. If you need technical help or advice, give us an old fashioned telephone call on 01255 831605. We’re happy to talk.
