The next stage in the development of Imperium was to create a “to-floor” version, the Imperium Plinth double-ended Bath. By using the existing foot fixing positions to bolt a base onto, we made a two-part bath that went to the floor. The added advantage of this is that it enables the bath to go through narrower doorways prior to installation.

Imperium Plinth is handmade to order at Albion’s factory in Essex using a unique Iso-Enamel material. This provides a bath that is strong, durable and warm to the touch. Made from an amalgam of special resins and stone, an Albion bath retains the bathing water temperature longer than other materials.
Why not customise your Imperium Plinth by choosing a number of bespoke options? Tell us what colour you want and leave it to our painters. Our team will give you a smooth, satin-sprayed finish. Choose from a vast range of colours mixed in high-tech polyurethane paint. This gives a washable and durable coating for the busy bathroom. Also available are our in-house, hand-applied metallic burnished effect finishes in Gold, Bronze, or Iron effect.
Sizes and versions available
Available in three lengths: 1645mm, 1765mm, and 1810mm. Imperium Plinth is only available with a full roll top (no tap holes in the rim of the bath), so you will need either wall-mounted or freestanding standpipe taps to complete your installation.
All of Albion’s baths can be finished externally in a vast range of colours, either painted or, in one of the three available in-house metallised effect finishes: burnished iron, burnished bronze, or burnished gold to suit your requirements.
